When you set up courses in the Course Setup screen, the Student Level picklist (yellow box) provides choices for levels K-12. But if you can enter other levels that you make up such as P1, P2, etc - for preschool. Once you do this you can enter courses for this newly-created level. Once you've set up your new courses, they will show up in the course picklist in the Lessons Screen.
