Previous Year(s) Data in HomeSchool Easy Records

To get to last year's data (or some other previous year)...

1) Go to the Basic Setup window (in the Setup menu at the top of your HomeSchool Easy Records window).

2) Un-check the current year

3) Check the year you want to work with as "current"

4) View or edit your data

To go back to the current year, uncheck the year you just checked in Basic Setup and check this year as "current".
