When you install a new version of Microsoft Office, you may be prompted to let the installation remove old copies of Office. If you say "yes" (which is normal), the installer may well remove some of the components of HomeSchool Easy Records, such as the file called "msarn200.exe". If this happens, you will need to re-install HomeSchool Easy Records. Your old data (lesson plans etc) should remain intact.
