You can receive technical assistance in a number of ways:
1. Your first course of action is to review the FAQ list. We enter topice when we get more than a couuple of the same questions.
2. HER_Discuss (Yahoo Group) is the next option. Post your question and you will most likely recieve an answer from another user, and if not from DataPlus Solutions (DPS). Nearly all questions are answered by one of these two methods. Usually multiple customers will be having the same question and this answers them all at one time.
3. E-mail can be sent directly to DPS (support@dataplus.biz).
4. However, we understand that sometimes a problem cannot be communicated as well by writing it as it can in person. In that case, you have been provided with a phone number in the software under the menu tab {Help}. Phone help is primarily available Monday - Friday 7PM - 9PM MST. DPS is a homebased business and we occassonally try to take time off. If we are home, we don't taking weekend calls either (9AM - 9PM MST).
