The lesson planner is where you will spend the majority of your time after you setup the school year. It is in this screen that you can add detailed lesson plans for each student. The assignment field can hold as many lines of information as you need. After entering the lessons/assignments, you can print a copy for each student to use as a worksheet to record time and points. Then, as frequently as you like, you can take the worksheets back to the computer and enter the time and points in the space provided. From this entry, the assessment reports such as report cards, progress reports and attendance reports are automatically generated. There is a "date bump" feature that lets you use +/- keys to quickly adjust dates to allow maximum flexibility. There is also a "lesson copy" feature so that you can apply the same lesson to other students without retyping. You can use the "filter" if you want to work with only one course at a time.
