Perhaps you use Unit Studies in your home school. This program allows two levels of planning for courses or unit studies. The first level is an overview with course name, objectives and materials. It is at this overview level that you can indicate which courses the unit study will be applied to.

The second level allows planning by the week. You can specifically determine what information you want to cover and what supplies you will need for the week.

The lesson plan allows even more detail by further breaking the week goals into daily goals, allowing you to assign points and time by subject. You can be as detailed as necessry and the fields will enlarge to accomodate more text. You can print out the plans to use as worksheets. Scroll down to see both levels.
