Downloading Help

  • If you have download or installation problems, temporarily disable your virus protection and firewall.
  • When you click on a download link (above) you get a choice to (OPEN or RUN) or SAVE. We recommend that you choose the SAVE button to save the download file to your PC (you choose the location such as "My Downloads" or another folder you choose).
  • After you SAVE the file to your PC you will then need to double-click on it from where it is saved, to start the installation. This file can then be saved to a CD for a permanent copy.
  • If you OPEN or RUN the file, it will install from the Internet without saving the download file.
  • When installing, ignore any messages about "Publisher could not be verfied"

Other Info

  • The download or CD is in "Trial" mode but becomes fully functional as soon as it is registered. The limitations of Trial mode are (a) some "unregistered" markings on certain reports and (b) you won't be able to import/export lesson plans via Lesson Plan Manager until it is registered.
  • TUTORIAL: If you choose to not download the tutorial onto your computer, you must be connected to the internet to access it - AND, it will work slowly. If you download it, you can still access it from within the program and it will work much faster! GOING THROUGH THE TUTORIAL IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
  • If you are unable to download the program, you have the option of purchasing the trial on a CD. The CD cost ($7.50) is our vendor cost and we make no profit from the trial CDs. This charge does not include the program charge.
