Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) If you are having a problem and cannot find it in the Help files, the next place to look is in FAQs posted on the web site. As we get more than one or two inquiries about a topic or problem, we will add the solution to our FAQ page.

 
HER Community (E-Groups) The HER-Discuss group was originally formed for users to share information among themselves. You have a couple of choices here -- first, use the search capabilities to see if the topic has been discussed previously. If not, feel free to post a question to the group and see if someone else has a solution.

Although we monitor the group, this is not the primary way we communicate and we may not respond to every question posted. We have found our customers to be much more creative with solutions than we are! We will, however, answer technical questions that pose a dilemma to the group.

 
E-Mail In the Help file of HER, you have been provided with an e-mail address for support-related questions. This e-mail address is private and the mail comes directly to us. We make every attempt to answer e-mails within 24 hours, but occasionally it may take a little longer.

 
Tutorial A tutorial is avialable for downloading to your computer providing the ability to reference it as necessary. The link is found under the Help menu within the program or from the download page.
Phone In the Help file within HER, there is a private phone number to reach us. We realize that a few problems require a "face-to-face" conversation to resolve. Also, if you are in a pinch and must have a quick answer, feel free to call. Times are in the Help file.
